Here's how it works:

For Callback Service: For cell phone users with unlimited incoming plan - You will dial the provided access number, you will receive a busy tone, hang-up as soon as you hear the busy signal and wait for the callback. Once you receive the callback, answer it and you will receive a dial tone, enter the phone number that you wish to call. (you can use the Phone Book of your cell phone if it supports "tone sending", ex: NOKIA ,Motorola, Samsung, etc.).Wait for evoiphone to connect the call for you. Now it is incoming call for you and the party that you wish to call. (NOTE: DO NOT PRESS THE SEND OR # KEY OF YOUR CELL PHONE AFTER YOU DIAL THE NUMBER THAT YOU WISH TO CALL)

For Dialthrough/Callthrough Service: (Only available in Toronto and Montreal) For cell phone users with 5 numbers free unlimited outgoing calls plans, from their cell phone providers - Assign the provided access number as one of your free call to your cell phone provider. Once it is assigned, dial the provided access number, you will receive a dial tone, enter the number that you wish to call. (you can use the Phone Book of your cell phone if it supports "tone sending", ex: NOKIA ,Motorola, Samsung, etc.).Wait for evoiphone to connect the call for you. (NOTE: DO NOT PRESS THE SEND OR # KEY OF YOUR CELL PHONE AFTER YOU DIAL THE NUMBER THAT YOU WISH TO CALL)
